Mount your CodeGrade account to a directory and open Atom in one of the filesystem's subdirectories:
$ cgfs ~/CodeGradeMounting...Mounted$ atom ~/CodeGrade/<course>/<assignment>/<submission>
The following commands are now available in Atom when editing a file in a CodeGrade filesystem:
